I haven't got my freebie!

The freebies on the site are all provided by third party companies. If you have joined an offer, we recommend you go back to that site and firstly check you have checked you have done everything required to be sent your freebie. If you have checked this, please email or call the company - look for a contact link on their site. Finally if you get nowhere, please let us know. If we can verify a freebie is not actually available, we will remove it from our site.
